Every network or software issue they said they could help me with, they resolved quickly. Of the several times I've used them over the years, I have never had a bad experience with him or the other staff and I would highly recommend them. As far as I can tell, they are a small family business or a small partnership that is based entirely out of Omaha. So if you have an easier time communicating with people that are local, you will have a good experience with Run Networks.
